Fitness, meditation and love!

No matter where you are and how much free time you have. What matters is if you really want it! The reasons can be many and each person should find his.
I do fitness for health, physical and mental well-being, but also to teach healthy lifestyle to my child.
I spent 45 minutes for myself without taking away anything to my family and giving us a moment of peace at sunset.

Non importa dove sei e quanto tempo libero hai. Quello che conta è se davvero lo vuoi! Le ragioni per allenarsi possono essere molte e ognuno deve trovare le sue.
Io faccio fitness per la salute, fisica e mentale, ma anche per insegnare uno stile di vita sano alla mia bimba.
Ho dedicato 45 minuti a me stessa senza togliere nulla agli affetti e regalandoci  un momento di pace al tramonto.

Nie ważne gdzie jesteś i ile masz wolnego czasu. Liczy się to, czego naprawdę chcesz! Powodow do trenowania może być wiele, ale każdy musi sam swoj odnalezc. 
Ja cwicze dla zdrowia, sprawności fizycznej i ducha, ale także po to by nauczyć moja coreczke zdrowego stylu życia.
Tym razem znalazlam dla siebie 45 minut  bez zadnego zabierania czasu rodzinie, wrecz przeciwnie, spedzilismy pare chwil spokoju przy zachodzie słońca.
