GOAL #2

Here we are with the new goal for this week:

(2 minutes of run + 3 minutes of walk)x6 times.
It will take 30 minutes.
Remember to practice for at least 3 times a week.

Eccoci con l’obiettivo di questa settimana :
(2 minuti di corsa + 3 minuti di camminata) x 6 volte.
Ci vorrà solo una mezz’oretta.
Ricordati di allenatrti almeno 3 volte alla settimana.

Nasz nowy obiektyw tygodnia to:
(2 minuty biegu + 3 minuty spacery) x 6 razy. Zajmnie nam to tylko pol godzinki.
Trenuj przynajmeniej 3 razy w tygodniu.
