QUINOA SALAD

Ingredienti:
– 100 g di quinoa
– 1 avocado
– 6 rapanelli
– 1 cetriolo
– mandorle
– brodo
– condimento: olio, succo di 1 limone, aceto balsamico, sale, pepe

1. preparare 2 bicchieri di brodo
2. sciacquare bene la quinoa
3. rosolare con un filo d’olio la quinoa per circa 1 minuto
4. aggiungere  alla quinoa 2 bicchieri di brodo (cuocere 15 min)
5. tagliare: avocado, rapanelli e cetriolo
6. una volta cotta la quinoa trasferirla in una terrina e aggiungere la verdura
7. in una ciotolina emulsionare succo di 1 limone + olio + aceto + sale + pepe
8. tritare le mandorle e condire con 7.

Ingredients:
– 100g of quinoa

– 6 radishes
– 1 cucumber
– almonds
– bouillon
– sauce: olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic, salt, pepper

1. prepare 2 glasses of bouillon
2. rins well the quinoa
3. sear quinoa with a bit of oil for more or less a minute
4. add 2 glasses of bouillon and cook for 15 minutes
5. cut: avocado, cucumber and radishes
6.  once quinoa is cooked add vegetables
7. in a small bowl mix oil +  lemon juice + balsamic + salt + pepper
8. cut almonds and saucerize with point 7.

Have a tasty, fresh and light meal.
